Euro Coin Collection has been updated to version 4.0 for iPhone, 3.6 for iPad, 3.4 for Mac and 2.8 for Android.

The latest 7 2-Euro commemorative coins issued in 2022 by the Euro-area countries have been added.

Among them, the Finnish one dedicated to climate research with a stylized lichen as design. The San Marino one issued to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the death of the sculptor and painter Antonio Canova is also interesting.

Collectors using the iPhone version will also find a new feature: HD coins, high definition pictures of coin designs.
They actually have 6 times the definition and less compression than the regular ones, so that you can see every fine detail.
Organized in packages by country, they’re available as optional in-app download.
Country packages include the standard design of the 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, 1€ and 2€ coins.
2 Euro commemorative designs will be available probably later this year.
All packages are enabled for Apple family sharing, just like the app.
